# List plans

Returns a paginated list of Plans for the specified site. Supports filtering and sorting.

Endpoint: GET /site/{siteId}/ahds/v1/plan

## Path parameters:

  - `siteId` (number, required)
    Site identifier

## Query parameters:

  - `page` (number)
    Page number (0-indexed)

  - `pageSize` (number)
    Number of items per page

  - `sortBy` (string)
    Field to sort by
    Enum: "createdAt", "updatedAt", "notes", "recordedAt"

  - `sortOrder` (string)
    Sort order
    Enum: "asc", "desc"

  - `animalId` (string)
    Identifier of the animal this plan is for.
    Example: "123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000"

  - `consultId` (string)
    Identifier of the consult associated with this plan.
    Example: "123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000"

  - `isActive` (boolean)
    Whether the plan is currently active.

  - `notes` (string)
    Free-text notes describing the plan.

  - `vetId` (string)
    Identifier of the veterinarian responsible for this plan.
    Example: "123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000"
