# Create tagname

Creates a new Tagname record. Tagname resource in the Animal Health Data Store

Endpoint: POST /site/{siteId}/ahds/v1/tagname

    Site identifier

    Identifier of the category this tag belongs to.

    Vendor- or practice-specific extensions.

  - `isActive` (boolean, required)
    Whether the tag is currently active and usable.

  - `name` (string, required)
    Human-readable name of the tag.

  - `tagnameId` (string, required)
    Canonical identifier for the tagname.
    Example: "123e4567-e89b-12d3-a456-426614174000"
